small business loan calculator finance

By Elle Ashley Love

When wearing, women wear tubes, they prefer not having to match bras that come with straps simply because they find them distasteful or detest having the straps sliding off their shoulders all the time. And with the major advancement in the bra industry, strapless bras are able to hold up plus sized just as well.

The very first thing you need to do is to know your bra size. Measuring your bra size is really not that complicated if you really take time to understand and go through the process. You may be in the range of people where it is tough to shop for bras that fit your size. Managing your expectations can save you time while out sour! cing for plus size strapless bras.

A plus size bra should be able to cling to your chest as far as it can possibly go yet not compromising on the flexibility thus limiting your moves. As much as you should be aware, the main difference a strapless bra has is the way the bra clings itself to you. Taking example, strapless bras face bigger challenge to cling to your chest more than what non ones can do.

Flexibility is the compromise between comfort and support and should be the main aspects that you look for. Once the factor has been fulfilled, you can focus on the looks aspects and overall how you feel in it. Strapless bras can be a great thing when you find the perfect fit, but it could backfire to an even greater extent if you choose the wrong one.

With the uptrend creativity from the manufacturers, buying bras in the plus sized category is no longer difficult like before. Hybrid bras which can be matched with either with or without s! traps are now largely available and women who wear plus size b! ras have benefited tremendously from it. For reasons to reveal your shoulders at the party or going no strap for comfort's sake you should be able to find something that fits you well and good no matter plus sized or not.

credit report questions credit report companies hdfc credit card

By Rhys Jones

The name 'Aikido' is created by the permutation of three characters in the Japanese language. 'Ai', which means 'joining'; 'ki', which means 'spirit' and 'do', which signifies 'way'. These three characters really sum up the essence of Aikido as a kind of martial art: 'the joining of the spirit to find the way'. It was only in the period from'30's to the'40's that the name Aikido was legally accepted as the name of this martial art variety.

Aikido utilizes methods that do not gravely injure or kill not like other kinds of martial art. The techniques and skills being taught are simply intended to distract attention or st! op attackers. This is perhaps the reason why most people prefer Aikido, because of its concentration on peace and harmony as opposed to violence and conflict. In deed, Aikido developer, Morihei Ueshiba, believes that to control violence without causing any injury is the art of peace.

Ueshiba, who is also called Osensei, which signifies 'Great Teacher', developed Aikido from the principles of Daito-ryu aiki-jujutsu. He integrated the ways of the 'yari', the spear; the 'juken', the bayonet; and the 'jo', which is a short quarterstaff. But what finally distinguishes Aikido from other kinds of martial art is the fact that its practitioners can strike while empty-handed. Proponents need no weaponry for their protection.

As a small child, he was much into physical fitness and conditioning. This was because of his vow to avenge his father's attackers. In due course, his studies and activities brought him to the discipline of the various martial arts. He s! tudied many of them. He even has certificates for fencing, fig! hting wi th spears, etc. He has learned it all. This is possibly the explanation why Aikido is such a diverse and multi-disciplinary kind of martial art.

Yet in spite of his skill, he remained discontented. He felt that there was still something missing. It was then that he turned to the religions. He studied under a spiritual leader, Onisaburo Deguchi of the sect named Omoto-kyo in Ayabe. Deguchi taught him to take care of his psychic growth. He then combined his spiritual beliefs and his mastery of the different martial arts and Aikido was born.

His relationship with this fascinating spiritual leader Deguchi also paved the path for his introduction to the elite political and military personnel as a martial artist. Because of this relationship, he was able to found Aikido and even pass on his knowledge to students, who have, in turn, created their own methods and techniques in Aikido.

Aikido is a blend of the different styles of jujitsu as well! as some of the techniques of sword and spear fighting, of which Ueshiba was an expert. To obtain an general picture, Aikido combines the joint locks and throws of jujitsu and the techniques of the body necessary when fighting with swords and spears.

Oriental in origin, it was brought to the West by Minoru Mochizuki when he visited France in'51. He introduced the Aikido techniques to students who were studying judo. In'52, Tadashi Abe came to France as the official Aikikai Honbu spokesperson. Then in'53, Kenji Tomiki toured throughout the United States while Koichi Tohei stayed in Hawaii for a full year where he set up a dojo. Aikido then spread its influence in the United Kingdom two years after and in'65, it reached Germany and Australia. At present, Aikido has centres all over the world.

When it comes to tackling fear head on and seeing how we react in different situations we have to look back a few hundred millions years to get the answer. The brain stem is the oldest and smallest region in the evolving human brain; this is where our basic emotion of fear is st! ored. This is called the 'lizard brain'. It is more like the entire brain of present-day reptiles.

We all make quick decisions when cornered, some of these decisions are irrational and afterwards we wonder why we reacted the way we did! What made us do it, why did we have a panic attack and become feared in an irrational way? We use something that is called the 'emotion of fear'. It is something that is stored within all of us. How do we overcome such irrational fear like public speaking for instance? We have to start by working on changing the stored emotions.

So when you are in a tight spot and take instant fight or flight action, it is the lizard brain which sits at the base of the skull that takes over. Evolutionists tell us that we've had this 'lizard brain' since we were, well, lizards. In the context of fear, the lizard brain's reactions to everything are limited to: eating, attacking, running away and mating. That is why you sometimes make ! irrational judgments.

Accommodating these fear em! otions i s like feeding a hungry lion, it will only become hungry again and you have to go through the same cycle. So why not just rid yourself of these fear emotions for good, as that is the answer to the fix you require. You wouldn't get out of your car when travelling around a wild animal park and embrace a wild lion, and that is how you have to see your fear. Do not embrace it as it will bite you nastily. Yet some therapists say you should embrace your fear! Well of course now you can see that this advice is very risky, as unsafe as asking you to embrace a wild lion! Why? Well because all what you are doing is storing that fear emotion within your lizard brain's memory banks, and then it can be drawn on again and again to make you feel just as bad the next time you are confronted by what it is you are feared of. So do be warned.

Fear can often wrench your mind into an unreal, impending situation where you have fear of failure. It is brought on because your brain over! evaluates a probable set of circumstances. This in turn drags you into a downward chain of events that blows up and feeds your fear even more! Hence you become paralysed in the grasp of fear.

How do you overcome this and escape being the grip of fear? Self-help guru and best selling author Stephen Richards says, "When fear strikes you it is your lizard brain, scientifically known as the amygdala, which takes over. Your nervous system is flooded with powerful neurochemicals. Hence your senses, such as hearing and vision, become heightened. The amygdala blocks out anything that competes for your awareness, this why the fear grips you so much. Naturally at this stage all of your resources are devoted to keeping you alive. The number one fear is public speaking followed by asking someone out on a date. This is fear of rejection."

What is fear? Fear has been described as a neural circuit that has been designed to keep the organism (you) alive in danger! ous situations. The amygdala determines the significance of th! e stimul us and triggers emotional responses like freezing or fleeing. This is a process that would best be described as the 'emotion of fear'. The amygdala is the storage area where the memory of fear is kept.

The very basis of fear stems from a heightened state of anxiety, not unless of course it is a very real life threatening situation and then you need to retain those particular fear emotion memories, as they serve to save your life. So there is good fear and bad fear, now we just need a way to stop the bad fear patterns from being stored or to empty them from the amygdala's memory banks. Now there is a way to do that, a very clever way that has been designed by top selling self help author and therapist Stephen Richards.

When you are focused on an impending situation you have wrongly construed as 'dangerous', like public speaking or going on an aeroplane when you are feared of flying, the body undergoes many changes that prepare it for intense action, ! albeit this is a falsely activated call to arms. This brings on symptoms like: difficulty in breathing, increased body temperature, localised sweating, decreased motility of the stomach, constrictions in the stomach and intestines, as well as making your hair stand on end.

Once the floodgates of fear are opened it is a tough job to get them to close. What we need is a way to stop the false fear response. Many therapies are listed as a means to resolving this, but some are a little extreme. Immersion therapy whereby you are confronted by the very thing that sets off the fear is quite forthright in what it does! Of course it's not a very nice or acceptable way to go about fixing fear! Then there is cognitive therapy, slowly exposing you to the trigger of your fear! But what if there was a way that you didn't even need to confront your fears?

Why are there so many self help books and why do they all read the same? Surely they can't all be telling you ! the same thing about overcoming fear? What if only one of thes! e was ri ght for you, which one out of the hundreds of thousands out there would it be? Well to save you the search and to give you something more direct than just a book, there is something far more potent than taking pot luck with a book that may not fit your needs.

A specially designed fix has been devised and tested, the result is something that is far more powerful than hypnotherapy or even subliminal messages. Now the barrier to overcoming irrational fear has been lifted. The most up to date technology has been used to create a solution to your problem. Top self help coach and best selling author Stephen Richards has created a simple method that beats just about anything you will lay your hands on at the present time of writing.

In order to really make inroads into eradicating your fear a specially designed audio was formulated that uses techniques to get right to the core of the problem, and in rapid time. By using up to date methods with brainwave te! chnology it was found that it defeated the need to use outdated self-hypnosis or subliminal messaging.

There must be 1001 ways to overcome irrational fear, but none so fast as this method. This method overcomes the need for frequent visits to your hypnotherapist, and of course saving you the immense cost too. The specially made CD by Stephen Richards zones in to the heart of the problem, and the best part is you can hear every word being spoken. What would have been thought impossible ten years ago is now reality. In less than 30 minutes the primary track on the CD targets the area in need of help, simple as that.

This remarkable up to date method designed by Stephen Richards used in the "Releasing You From Fear CD" is unique because it targets the zone of the amygdala. It totally disarms the harboured memories of the specific fear emotion that is causing you distress. Methods previously used to target this area did not take into account the fear e! motion and how your lizard brain reacted in certain trigger si! tuations . Minor obstacles and irritations which were once magnified and a cause of the cycle of fear can now be fixed.

By Masami Sato

Why do we live? What are we here for? Day after day we asked these questions of the purpose and meaning of our lives. And most of us constantly look for the answer. How can we achieve happiness? This is yet another question urging us to look for its answer every day. What if the answer to those questions is simple? What if it is all simply a! bout ONE thing? Connection. The secret of happiness is explained thoroughly in the clear and refreshing voice of Masami Sato in this excerpt of her book, ONE.

What are we searching for?

There are so many things that we carry out in our lives.

But have we ever thought about why we do what we do? What are we really looking for?

The world now is full of billions of us coming from different races, countries, religions and beliefs all doing different things. We all look different and act quite differently. We have different interest and attitude from others. We communicate differently often using different languages. We have different desire and feelings.

However, if we were to say there is just ONE thing we are ALL looking for, what would it be?

While I journeyed all over the world, I asked people a seemingly straightforward question, "What would you like to achieve in your life? What do you really wa! nt?"

At first, it seemed everyone was looking for! differe nt things as they randomly said, "Good job", "My own house", "A nice partner", "A loving family", "A soul mate", "More money", "Wealth". "Freedom", "Peace of mind", "A life purpose" There were many more answers.

I did notice that some of these requirements were of a more earthly nature while others were of a permanent nature. Earthly desires are those that we want because we do not yet have it, or think that we do not yet have it. As against this, permanent desires are not about getting things we do not have. It is about a 'feeling' that we yearn for, so that it does not come to an end, whatever we get or accomplish at every moment or our lives.

If one could just remove all earthly desires from our list and look at only permanent desires, it would be obvious that we just want to continue feeling positive sensations like excitement, happiness, inspiration, motivation, munificence, affection, joy etc. - put in other words, we want to continue being ha! ppy.

Delightfulness

Happiness is one state of emotion that we are all longing to be in. We all may define it differently. We may value it differently. We may experience it at different levels of intensity. But we surely have something in common when happiness comes to us. And when we discover this secret about happiness, we hold the power to be happier, and to make others around us experience the same feeling too.

This life, that we live, is a mystery. All of us like it in our own different ways. We may also dislike it in different ways. We may wonder about it. We may cherish it. Or we may just accept it in an offhand manner. But what is the ultimate purpose of this life? What if the mystery of our existence is at hand? What if its revelation actually brings us happiness and fulfilment when we come face to face with it?

What if the essence of the aim of our lives, and its joys, is as simple as this:

It is all ! about relationship.

Bonding is everything
Ev erything depends on bonding. All things are part of some other things. A look at our own lives would say it all. Then we will begin to see the real purpose of life.

Why do we do something, ANYTHING at all, in life as human beings?

It is simply because we want to connect more and more. We make friends to feel connected. We get married to connect with someone more deeply and more permanently. We create a family to feel even more connected. We go out to meet more people to connect with, not only to get practical benefits from those connections, but also to feel more connected to the world.

We buy good clothes or go to a hairdressing saloon for a better relationship with our aesthetical sense and to our own physical appearance. We eat all types of food to feel more connected to the sense of taste and flavour. We eat out to feel the relationship to the people we dine with. We get mobile phones and computers to weave relationships with others! and the world. We read magazines and newspapers to remain in touch with whatever is going on and what others are doing and experiencing. We educate ourselves to keep in touch with what others know and value.

Every thing that we do is to satisfy the need of keeping alive relationships. It is our relationship to our own body that makes it imperative that we eat and sleep. Because of our relationship to our senses, we are asked to do things to satisfy the demands that body makes. If we ignore the demands that body makes, we have to bear the resultant aches and distress. And above our mundane needs, we yearn for another relationship - a relationship to our very existence - a relationship to our purpose. And without that connection, it is vacant. Just like the blankness so many of us feel when we have no relationship even to ourselves. That is just not the way our lives are supposed to be lived.

Connection is powerful, and yet it's fragile and tender
When we cannot feel the intimacy in a relationship! , we opt for separation, divorce, quarrels, judgement, and disapproval. It never feels good to lose the intimacy in a relationship. Nevertheless, it is possible to fall in love with someone one day and fall out of love with the same person the next day. The feeling can alter just by a flick of a finger. And the flick might be by your finger or theirs!

When we feel disconnected

When the relationship is not there, we start seeing problems. We start seeing differences and hindrances. We start sitting upon judgement of others and disapproving them. We exaggerate, concentrate upon, and give energy to such things that we see as problems. Under such a scenario, these problems might turn inwards and inflict pain and disapproval on ourselves. We cannot be fully happy when we have no associations with anything.

Relationship: the Secret to Happiness

What if we are looking at the whole idea from the other end? When we do it, we realize this si! mple reality: we cannot feel miserable when the bonds are strong. It is just not possible!

Try to feel grouchy when we have a good relationship with the people around us and smiling and sharing things completely. Even when we have 'problems' in life, we can still smile together and feel delighted when we are bound together in a good relationship. At the same time, it is hard to be happy if we do not have that edifying relationship.

Bonding: Our Life

Relationship is the core of everything. That is what life is. Relationship.

Everything is a unified whole of smaller units. Everything combines together to form a bigger unit; the way our bodies are a fusion of smaller entities like atoms, molecules, cells and organs.

Our actions and choices also express the need for connection. We are designed to constantly seek ways to connect to each other and to a greater purpose.

Bonding and Religion

! Some of us choose to be part of different religions to feel mo! re conne cted. The connection they seek could be to God. It could be to the people with the same belief. When we share the same belief, it creates a stronger sense of bonding within that group of people. More giving happens naturally among people who are feeling connected to each other.

Connection and Business

Many people begin an enterprise to feel better bonded to themselves by being in control of their fate. But often in the entrepreneurial world, we end up being more and more segregated especially when we start viewing other ventures as contenders, staff as instruments and customers as a money flow. But the basic point of why we got into the venture was to feel the power of that bonding. So, why do we need to fashion that disconnection at all? May be in the perfect world, all business ventures worked differently, but hand in hand.

Relationship and Wars

Some of us even create arguments or wars to experience some sense of 'victory! ' or supposedly a greater sense of security and significance. But ironically, this rebounds. The moment we 'win' the battle, we are actually more disconnected from others. We now need more security to protect ourselves from being attacked by others. We somehow end up being more insecure and afraid. We can't laugh at this because it actually happens to almost every one of us in different ways.

It may be the arguments we have with people around us. It may be the negative judgement we make when we feel something or someone is wrong. When we try to be the only one to win, we can never win in the real way-we feel disconnected. We can only truly celebrate the victory with others when we win together. Then we feel connected.

Despite the myriad ways in which we communicate our wants, everything we do is to fulfil the longing we have to feel and have strong bonds.

The full sense of a bonding is realized only through our heart. We can bond with ! anybody when we are truly concerned about them and feeling tha! t bond w ith them. If we are conscious of this, giving life to that required state of mind is really easy, uncomplicated and a pleasure. Then we would actually feel more delight and joy.

Life is just like a game. We experience things and do things in a game but fundamentally, the aim of any game is to enjoy. It is not about doing things or having things. When the game finally ends, the winners are only the ones who enjoyed the game. Not the ones who had more at the end. The results and outcomes of a game we play don't affect our true life. But if we lost all our friends to play with during a game just because we wanted to be the winner in this round, would it lead us to the real winning game?

It is so easy to understand this in the example of playing a game, but we often become blind in our own everyday game called life. We forget so easily that it is also just a game.

Even if we don't know when this game actually started and when it would end, ! we know that it somehow started in the past and it will end someday. When we close the lid of the game box eventually one day, can we simply say, "Wow, it was so much fun. Let's play again!"

In this game called life, the aim of the game is to 'connect'. We can keep connecting until we all become one. It is the only way to continuously feel connected to our purpose-sense of happiness and joy. We cannot feel disconnected to anything or deny and judge even one thing if we are to achieve the state of total connection.

Life is as easy as that. There is only ONE secret.

And the secret is to bond.

To grow into ONE

To relish.

If you have been shopping around for a Low Interest Credit Card you will notice that the UK market is awash with Credit Card companies offering low rates to entice you to apply for their Cards.

There has never been a better time to consolidate your credit cards and get a far better interest rate. There a! re many offers out there but they all offer pretty much the same thing. The only thing that varies is the APR the 0% balance transfer period and possibly reward points for using the card.

With all these cards on offer you can be very selective and apply for a card that suits your needs and spending habits.

Looking to consolidate you existing credit cards?

Points to consider:

How long is the 0% balance transfer period for?

These can usually range between 6 and 9 months. These periods of 0% interest may seem attractive but make sure you know what the APR will revert to after the period comes to an end. Read the fine print as some credit card companies will expect you to spend a min amount to secure this low rate. Don''t fall for this as there are many that do not expect you to spend anything.

Do you plan on clearing the balance within the 0% period?

If you do not plan on clearing the balance it may be worthwhile getting ! a card that has a low balance transfer rate for the life of th! e balanc e. Some credit cards will set a low interest rate until you pay off the balance in full, whether it takes 6 months or 6 years. This way you don''t have to worry about paying a sudden increase in interest rates at the end of an introductory period.

Once you have established how to manage your credit card debt you will be in a much better position to choose the right credit card. The UK is in the grip of a huge debt epidemic and it''s important to ensure that you are paying the least amount of interest on your debt. Also ensure that you are making your monthly payments. If you can afford it try and pay more than the minimum required every month as the longer it takes to pay off your card the more the credit card companies will make off you through interest charges.

Many people will transfer their credit card balances every time the 0% introductory period runs out. A term used for this is a "Card Tart" and as far as I know it''s not illegal. The amount! of times you apply for a credit card in a 12 month period may have an adverse effect on your credit rating so beware you are not damaging a perfectly good credit history by continuously applying for a 0% credit card.
